Retired missionary Sam Burton gave his last sermon in the “I am“ series. First, Tom P. Read Revelation 1:8–11. Sam also gave other 4 passages where is the saying, “I am the alpha and omega“ was he is. He compared the Revelation 1:8-11 passage with Genesis 17:1. He also brought up different names of God.
Sam then went on to compare revelation 22:7 with John 4:13–14. He also addressed 22:12–13 regarding rewards. He then connected these passages to “Jesus is the author and finisher of our faith.“
He then concluded with a call to pray this passage and give thanks and that “Jesus is the perfect example.“
