Watch on September 18, 2022 Worship service. It includes prayers, singing, announcements, a missionary spotlight, special music and a sermon by Sohrab Ramtin (Mark 14:3–9). The special music was by The Believers singing “Lord, Listen to Your Children Pray.” Ed Dickinson gave the Missionary Spotlight regarding work in Israel.

Dr. Sohrab Ramtin read Mark 14:3–9. (Interestingly, he taught on a parallel account of what Tom Cantor taught in Sunday school today. You can listen HERE

Then, Sohrab noted that the Gospels lead up to the point of the death, resurrection, atonement, and ascension of Christ. Sohrab said that God directs the drama in which there are enemies and friends. He pointed out that God overruled the priests and scribes plan (1-2). Among the friends was the woman who anointed Jesus with the perfume. He showed that this was one of the Mary’s from a John 12:31.

Sohrab also made the case that Simon the leper was probably healed by Jesus. He not only went over the account but also gave applications. He concluded with, “Have you received his gift of salvation?“
